COVID-19 RESIDENT RESOURCE FORM

Our first priority is the health and safety of our team and of you, our residents and clients. We have been closely monitoring the ever-changing discussions regarding the current pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and will be actively updating our policies as we continue to provide services to everyone. Our team will be following the guidance of local, state and national officials, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

PLEASE NOTE: Although our physical office may temporarily close, we are still working and available during normal business hours and have no major changes to our business procedures due to COVID-19.

COMMITMENT TO OUR HOMEOWNERS:

  • In order to best minimize health risks to our residents, team members and vendors, over the next 30 days, we have asked our residents to submit maintenance requests only for matters that are of an urgent nature. Rest assured, any and all submitted requests will continue to be addressed in a timely and effective manner. We have asked that residents keep a list of any non-urgent issues during this time and we will be addressing all of those as the situation eases.
  • Whenever possible, all residents and owners are asked to please utilize our online services (https://signin.managebuilding.com/Manager/public/authentication/login?ReturnUrl=%2Fmanager%2F&_ga=2.250805958.1959994168.1546635528-585181584.1525962390) or call 239 223 2116 to pay rent or communicate with Royal Palm in order to limit in-person office traffic.
  • All Royal Palm personnel that visit and/or enter a home stringently follow all CDC recommended safety and cleanliness precautions, such as wearing latex gloves, repeated and careful hand sanitization, and social distancing. Additional office cleaning and sanitation have already commenced and will continue until these health concerns have minimized.
  • We have made it a clear expectation of Royal Palm personnel that if they show or feel any sign of illness, they are required to stay home and will not be actively visiting any Renters Warehouse property or interacting with any residents in person.
  • We are working with every vendor to ensure that they are requiring the same of their personnel.
  • If any resident shows or feels any sign of illness, or is in weakened health or immuno-compromised, we recommend they seek appropriate medical assistance as soon as possible and follow the CDC’s guidelines to limit unnecessary social interactions. If any resident tests positive for COVID-19 or if there is anything that Royal Palm can accommodate for your residents during this time, they have been directed to notify us at manager@royalpalmpm.com
  • The health and safety of our clients is of the utmost importance as well. If you or any member of your household shows or feels any sign of illness, or is in weakened health or immuno-compromised, we also recommend you seek appropriate medical assistance as soon as possible and follow the CDC’s guidelines to limit unnecessary social interactions.
  • Rest assured, all Royal Palm personnel have the ability to work from home with full productivity; our call center and support staff will remain at full capacity and dedicated to your needs and your residents’ comfort and safety.

Helping Those Most At Risk During “Shelter-In-Place”

To our residents who are part of the population considered most vulnerable to this pandemic, we want to help. If getting out to pick up groceries, medicines or other supplies (subject to availability), run errands, or take your trash out isn’t possible for you at this time, please contact us. We want to ensure that you have what you need to stay safe and comfortable for the duration of the “shelter in place” order. To submit a request for assistance, please call 239 223 2116 Ext 5 and leave a message. A team member will call you back promptly.

We continue to closely monitor developments and will respond to the ongoing health concerns in every way we can. You can count on us to be in touch as changes to protocol are announced by health and government officials.

As always, if you have questions or concerns or to inquire about any of our program offerings above, you can reach us at 239 223 2116 or via email at admin@royalpalmpm.com.
