Regardless of the situation, when you refer one of your clients to RPPM you can rest assured that we will take care of them and when they’re ready to sell their home in the future, we’ll encourage them to connect back to you for the listing. Our pledge is to maintain the property and provide the best possible support to your client and smoothly transition them back to you once they are ready to sell. 

We will never take a listing from an agent…it’s just not what we do. We’re experts at finding great tenants for owners and great homes for tenants.WE WILL PUT THIS IS WRITING. 

So, how do you get paid?

For every client that you refer to RPPM that signs an annual management agreement and has a property that we lease, we will pay you up to $500. If your client's home is currently occupied we will still pay you a referral fee up to $500! The exact referral amount for Homewatch accounts and Seasonal Rentals is to be determined based on contract details.

How to Get Paid:

Royal Palm Property Management will pay promptly pending the completion of the following:

  • Tenant signed lease

  • Security deposit paid

  • First month’s rent paid

  • Tenant has moved in

Invoices are paid every two weeks; RPPM will need the following items emailed to prior to payment:

  • Completed W-9 on file for the brokerage.

  • Numbered invoice. Please make sure it includes:  

    • Name of Agent

    • Name of Owner | Address of property

    • Name of Applicant | Tenant Address of Home
