When should I submit my referral?

Before the lease is signed or management agreement is executed. Late submissions are not eligible.

How do I track my referral status?

Email billing@royalpalmpm.com for status updates. Include the applicant or owner name and property address.

What if my client doesn't complete the lease/agreement?

Payment is only issued once the client has signed and first payment is collected. No commission for incomplete transactions.

Can I refer both tenants and owners?

Absolutely! You can participate in both programs with unlimited referrals for each.

What if I don't have a W-9 on file?

We need your brokerage's W-9 before issuing payment. Submit it with your first referral to avoid delays.

How long does payment take?

Once all conditions are met, payment is issued during our monthly payment window (10th-20th).
