Your security deposit and leasing administration fee are both due within 24 hours of approval in order to hold the home off of the market for you. Should you cancel from this point on the deposit is non refundable.
Following is a breakdown of our leasing fees.
All move in funds must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check but after you are moved in you will be able to pay online for your convenience. Here is a brief video tour of your new resident portal. Click Here.
****PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LEASING FEE, RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE ON SEPARATE MONEY ORDERS OR CASHIER CHECKS. THEY CAN NOT BE COMBINED AS THEY GO INTO SEPARATE ACCOUNTS.
Please confirm via email a day and time that you would like to move in. (Monday - Thursday 10am-4pm). Once your move-in date is confirmed and your security deposit is paid we will send your lease to you for electronic signature. *** Please note that you must take possession of the home within 14 days from approval.

At the time of your move in inspection, we will do a thorough walkthrough of your new home to document the condition in which you received it. We will also collect your utility account numbers (electric and water only). We have to have these account numbers in order to release keys.
